Refund policy

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To arrange for a return, simply call our Customer Service department or contact your Sales Consultant. The following conditions must be complied with:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original unopened container, unmarked, and properly packaged.
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days are subject to a 25% restocking fee and pending VisionVentions' approval.
  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges will apply on all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Sterilized instruments are not returnable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted VisionVentions will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All instruments should be cleaned and sterilized prior to shipping. Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Reusable instruments that are opened (not ordered for inspection only)
  • Sterile and non-sterile disposable products
  • Specialty items
  • Custom instruments
  • Diamond Knives
  • Discontinued items
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Cannulas and cannulated instruments
  • Sale items
  • Multiples of items are not returnable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
