【Product Structure and Composition】

【Contraindications】

【Precautions】

【Usage Instructions】

  1. Before use, check the product for any damage or missing parts.

  2. The user should wear sterile gloves during operation.

  3. Handle the instrument gently during use.

  4. After use, store the instrument in an appropriate sterilization box, protecting the head.

【Sterilization Method】

The instrument should be sterilized using the hospital's standard high-temperature, high-pressure steam sterilization method before use.

【Cleaning Instructions】

  1. Manual Cleaning: Use a specialized cleaning agent and a soft brush to clean contaminants from the instrument.

  2. Rinsing: Rinse for at least 1 minute.

  3. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Place the rinsed instruments in an ultrasonic cleaner for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Rinsing: Rinse with pure or distilled water for at least 1 minute.

  5. Drying: Place in an oven and dry at temperatures of 60-70°C for no less than 40 minutes.

【Sterilization Instructions】

  1. Sterilize the product according to the hospital's cleaning and sterilization procedures.

  2. Our company recommends high-temperature, high-pressure steam sterilization:

    1. Standard high-temperature, high-pressure cycle: 134°C, 220 Kpa steam sterilization for 4 minutes. Other time and steam temperature cycles can also be applied. However, users must validate any deviations in time and steam temperature before use, especially as higher sterilization temperatures and pressures may damage the instrument.

    2. Please contact your steam sterilization equipment manufacturer to confirm appropriate sterilization temperatures and times.

【Transport and Storage】

  1. The product should be protected from heavy pressure, exposure to sunlight, and rain during transport. Store in a dry, clean environment with temperatures between 0°C and 45°C, relative humidity not exceeding 90%, and free from corrosive gases.

  2. General transportation methods are permissible, but avoid severe impacts, vibrations, and exposure to rain or snow during transport. Handle lightly, do not overload; stacking should not exceed five layers. Packaging must ensure the product is not damaged during transport.

Minimum packaging: 1 product per packaging box.
